SpinWizard.co.uk Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The SpinWizard.co.uk Affiliate Program (the “Program”) is operated by Better Media Ltd, the owner and operator of SpinWizard.co.uk. By joining the Program via Tapfiliate, you (“the Affiliate”) agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn £2.50 (GBP) for each valid UK-based subscriber referred to SpinWizard.co.uk.
• A valid subscriber is defined as a unique user who:

1. Submits a valid and functioning email address via SpinWizard.co.uk;
2. Resides in the United Kingdom (based on IP/location verification);
3. Has not previously signed up or been referred by another affiliate;
4. Passes our internal fraud, duplicate, and quality checks;
5. Remains subscribed for a minimum of 7 days.
6. Is 18+ at the time of registration to SpinWizard.co.uk

2. Payment Terms

• Payments are made monthly, within the first 15 business days of the month for commissions earned in the previous month.
• Minimum payout threshold is £50.00.
• Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer (as agreed individually).
• All commissions are reviewed and approved before being paid.

3. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote SpinWizard.co.uk via:

• Websites and blogs
• Email marketing (must be GDPR-compliant)
• Social media channels
• Paid advertising (see restrictions below)

All promotions from affiliates featuring SpinWizard, must include '18+ https://www.gambleaware.org'

You must not:

• Use misleading or deceptive marketing (e.g., fake offers, false claims)
• Use unauthorized SpinWizard branding or imagery without permission
• Use cookie stuffing, adware, or forced redirects
• Bid on SpinWizard brand terms (e.g., “SpinWizard”, “SpinWizard.co.uk”) in PPC campaigns
• Send unsolicited or spam email

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the Program without payment.

4. Geographic Restrictions

• Only UK-based subscribers (users located in the United Kingdom at time of signup) will be considered valid and eligible for commission.
• Referrals from users outside the UK will not be counted or paid for.

5. Account Approval & Termination

• We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time via the Tapfiliate dashboard.

6. Tracking & Reporting

• Tracking is managed via Tapfiliate.
• Affiliates will have access to a personal dashboard showing clicks, conversions, and earnings.
• We are not responsible for tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, or other external factors.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or Tapfiliate.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
